This innovative venture addresses critical needs in these sectors by offering a sustainable and high-value alternative to traditional timber sources.
Our business model leverages the unique regenerative properties of Paulownia, which allows for recurring harvests every five years with minimal replanting costs. This approach not only ensures a steady supply of timber but also provides a significant return on investment, contributing to the economic development of the region. Beyond financial gains, Tropical Plumeria is committed to making a positive environmental and social impact. Our project aims to combat deforestation by meeting timber demand with sustainable practices, while also offering educational and training opportunities for local
