Transcendent Evolution Development Company, Ltd. (TEDCo) is a sub-holding company and the master development arm  of Chameleon Nexus Holdings, Ltd. (CNH) and a duly registered company in the Republic of Ghana. It is responsible for designing, structuring, and executing large-scale, eco-conscious urban and infrastructure projects across the country. Within the CNH ecosystem, TEDCo functions as the physical 

and strategic builder; turning vision into land development, infrastructure, institutions, and long-term economic platforms.

Founded by African American entrepreneurs Stephen W. Williams, III and Candace Williams, members of the global African diaspora and citizens of Ghana, TEDCo represents a deliberate bridge between diaspora capacity and continental opportunity. The company brings together diaspora enterprises, particularly from the United States, aligning their innovation, capital discipline, technical expertise, and professional experience with Ghana’s  development priorities.

A central concentration of TEDCo’s work is the strategic development of Northern Ghana. The focus is not symbolic, it is structural. TEDCo is committed to introducing innovation, structured industry, eco-tourism, and large-scale agricultural initiatives to the region, working in 

coordination with the other enterprises under the CNH ecosystem.
