Transcendent Evolution Development Company, Ltd. (TEDCo) is a sub-holding company and the master development arm of Chameleon Nexus Holdings, Ltd. (CNH), duly registered in the Republic of Ghana. TEDCo is responsible for designing, structuring, and implementing large-scale, eco-conscious infrastructure, urban, and economic development initiatives. Within the CNH ecosystem, TEDCo serves as the physical and strategic builder, transforming vision into infrastructure, communities, institutions, industry, and long-term economic opportunity.

Founded by African American entrepreneurs Stephen W. Williams, III and Candace Williams, members of the global African diaspora and citizens of Ghana, TEDCo serves as a bridge between diaspora capacity and Ghana's development priorities, connecting investment, technical expertise, innovation, and professional experience with viable development opportunities.

Central to TEDCo's mission is the understanding that strong communities and productive economies require strong infrastructure. Quality roads connect farmers to markets, workers to jobs, businesses to customers, industries to supply chains, and communities to education, healthcare, emergency services, and investment opportunities. Poor infrastructure increases costs, restricts commerce, discourages investment, and limits the economic potential of entire communities.
