Martin Freeman serves as Chief Security Officer, where he leads the strategic design and oversight of security systems that protect the ecosystem’s people, assets, operations, and long-term investments. Chief Charles is a respected leader from the Sunson Area of Dagbon State, serving as 

Principal Advisor on Development, 

External Affairs, and Tourism to HRH, the Paramount Chief of Karaga. He is an International Development Consultant Strategist. He also advises HRM the Ya Naa, King of Dagbon, 

on Diaspora Relations. 

Beyond his traditional leadership, Chief Charles has managed healthcare facility projects across 

Africa and overseen major construction developments in Ghana, driving impactful community development.
