Martin T. Freeman - Founder & Executive Director
Martin T. Freeman is a seasoned security professional with over 30
years of experience in law enforcement, tactical operations, executive protection, and international security management. His career began in policing, where he built a foundation in crime
prevention, rapid response coordination, and community engagement. Over time, he advanced into specialized assignments including SWAT and anti-terrorism operations, gaining hands-on experience in high-risk environments that demanded precision, discipline, and strategic leadership.
Throughout his career, Martin has led complex security missions,
supervised tactical teams, and managed protective operations for high-profile individuals and sensitive assets. His international experience includes assignments connected to the U.S. State Department, where he operated within elite security environments and developed expertise in executive protection, threat assessment, and operational logistics under global standards.
Martin’s professional background combines field-level tactical execution with executive-level strategic planning. He understands
both the frontline realities of security operations and the broader
organizational systems required to deliver reliable, scalable
security services.
As Founder of AC Security Solutions, Ltd.,Martin established the
company to address growing security demands in Northern Ghana
through disciplined personnel, modern surveillance technology, and structured emergency response systems. His leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, preparedness, and community responsibility. He believes professional security is not simply about
presence it is about readiness, training, accountability, and trust.
